hi i think all this stuff about leadership nd techniques wont work until u face it or get your self n such situation where u make the decisions …i mean for me i am just a graduate in commerce ..but i can be an excellent manager to do task nd show all the “leadership” qualities its just u need to be there and see it urself …until u experience it u wont understand what leadership is all about.
I think it would also be a good thing for a potential leader to be able to spell and punctuate his or her writings correctly!
I think, to be a Leader-type deems, you must be able to take charge of your own life and learn to make your own decisions.
Otherwise, you placate in the sense, you allow others to make up your mind for you, in spite of youself.
If we do our own thinking, we are our own leaders at the ver least.
Leadership is innate. Only those who bring about positive change in their little ways are said to be true leaders. Always leave someone better than the way you met him.
I think, that at one time or another we
all have been a leader.Leaders are not born, through trial and error, we become
better at whatever we do.That is what I believe.
