You could say there are 2 major steps to achieving a difficult goal:

1) Figure out WHAT to do
2) Then DO IT!

Too often people fail because they have bad advice, failed to plan, or didn’t take time to learn from experts how to efficiently achieve their goal. About.com has a lot of great info for succeeding in a lot of different areas of life.

Ultimately it’s critical that you then get on to ACTION, and KEEP taking different actions until you find something that works. At we have a whole online system to stay motivated, get a support team and take action every day until you succeed.

You can do it!

Thanks for your comments. Another site that readers might find useful is StickK. The site allows participants to set a goal, establish stakes and enlist the help of friends.
