Attachment is a special emotional relationship that involves an exchange of comfort, care, and pleasure. Attachment is also an important part of romantic love, so our attachment styles can have an impact on our relationships.

This 30-question personality quiz is based upon several different assessment instruments developed and used by attachment researchers, including Hazen & Shaver (1987), Bartholomew & Horowitz (1991), and Brennan et al.
